OUR PHILOSOPHY Our philosophy is to provide our customers with seafood "straight from the boat", and exceptional service with an atmosphere that makes guests feel right at home. Each day we strive to provide a great customer experience by working to enhance our menu offerings and elevating our service to new levels of excellence. Our History Business started as strictly a fresh fish market from a truck, then we proceeded to open a food truck and service events, in 2020 opened a sit-down restaurant with the fish market included. Popularity grew in Johnson City and we moved to a larger space so we can serve you in the ways that only you deserve!
