About
Asbury Family Resource Center, located on the west side of Johnson City, was established by the Washington County Board of Education in the fall of 1989. The community-based center provides programs and services that offer students and families of the targeted population the opportunity to improve their quality of life. Asbury was designed to provide a sheltered school environment for students who for health, economic, safety, or other circumstances need a flexible program to meet their educational needs.
